gluten free oatmeal cranberry cookies
The perfect afternoon tea treat :)
Ingredients:
- 210g gluten free flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- 75g brown sugar
- 250g rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 ounces dried cranberries
- 140g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Combine all wet ingredients
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Using an ice cream scoop, make cookies and press down slightly
- Freeze for 15 mins on a baking tray
- Bake @350F for 20 minutes
- Enjoy!
